من خلال هذه اللّجنة ، نهدف إلى تحقيق رؤية الكتلة الوطنية عبر طرح الأفكار وتنفيذ المشاريع، والضغط من أجل الإصلاح في المسائل المتعلّقة بالتعليم والفن والثقافة.
:فيما خصّ التعليم
وضع سياسة تعليميّة شاملة تهدف إلى النهوض بمستوى التعليم لتمكينه من تخريج مواطنين جاهزين لمواجهة الحياة المعاصرة
إصلاح جذري لهيكليّة النظام التربوي بما في ذلك ترسيخ دور الدولة في التنظيم والتوجيه والمراقبة لضمان تكافؤ الفرص وترسيخ هويّة المواطنة
جعل التعليم الرسمي نموذجياً بكل مراحله ابتداء بالحضانات ووصولاً إلى الجامعة اللبنانيّة
إعادة الاعتبار إلى مهنة المعلّم معنوياً ومادياً مع وضع أسس للتعيين والترقية والتقييم وفق الكفاءة والأداء
إدخال ثقافة التعليم مدى الحياة
تطابق دوام المدارس بما يتماشى مع متطلّبات العمل والحياة العصريّة
التركيز على التعليم التقني الحديث ومنه مثلاً الرقمي نظراً إلى التغييرات في كيفيّة الإنتاج في العالم ولجغرافية لبنان وإمكانيّاته البشريّة
:فيما خصّ الفنّ والثقافة
إعتبار الثقافة والفن والصناعات الإبداعيّة من قبل الدولة كقطاع إنتاجي أساسي وليس كتفصيل من باب الترف
وضع الأطر المؤسّساتية المؤاتية نظراً إلى استراتيجيّة هذا القطاع
إعتبار المعالم الأثريّة والتاريخيّة جزءاً من هويّة لبنان وثرواته
إشراك عالم الاغتراب والبلديات والسفارات لجهة إنشاء توأمة فنّية وثقافيّة مع مدن في أنحاء العالم
Through this committee, we aim at fulfilling the National Bloc’s vision by coming up with ideas, implementing projects, and lobbying for reform in the matters related to Education, Art & Culture.
In Education:
- Developing a comprehensive educational policy that aims at enhancing educational standards, thus paving the way for strong citizens to graduate and confront contemporary life.
- Introducing radical reform to the educational system’s structure and consolidate the state’s role in organizing, orienting and controlling to ensure equal opportunities and instill citizenship.
- Make education public schools exemplary throughout all its stages, from kindergarten to the Lebanese University.
- Making the teacher’s profession valuable again whether morally or financially, and lay the foundations for the process of appointment, promotion, and evaluation according to competency and performance.
- Introducing the principle of lifelong education.
- School hours must be in harmony with contemporary life and work requirements.
- Focusing on modern technical education, and digital education, given the global developments in production methods, and given Lebanon’s geographical typology and its human capacities.
In Art & Culture:
- Culture, art and innovative industries must be considered as a key productive sector by the state, not as something trivial, as they allow for promoting Lebanese Culture abroad and encouraging cultural interactions internationally.
- The favorable institutional frameworks must be established given this sector’s importance.
- Historical and archaeological sites should be considered as part of Lebanon's identity and wealth.
- Expatriates, municipalities, and embassies should be engaged in the process of making artistic and cultural partnerships with several cities around the world.
